- This software is really useful. However, some of my friends, especially from Andhra (Hyderabad included) are complaining that they are unable to read the contents when th email messages are sent by using 'lekhini'. What are their limitations/prerequisites/additional requirements to be met?

- This is an excellent and useful service. Most of my friends in Andhra are complaining that they are unable to read the contents in Telugu, when an email is sent to them in (y)our 'lekhini'. Some of them are able to read whereas others are unable to read.
